Order Processing

All products sold at Palettez Designs are made to order. Orders are processed after purchase and are sent to our production partner for fulfillment.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days before an order is shipped. During busy seasons or high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Times

Once an order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times within the United States are:

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may apply to certain orders when specified on the website.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Palettez Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact support@palettezdesigns.com as soon as possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Palettez Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
